Let it be known you are paying for my SERVICES not a PHYSICAL PRODUCT.
Prices will be listed on my page, or in the current commission journal.

You MUST be 18 years or older to order a commission.

PAYMENT
All Commissions are to be paid full!! The piece will NOT be worked on until payment is sent! No exceptions!! I ONLY accept paypal as a payment option. (USD)
If you commission me you are acknowledging and agreeing to the Terms of Service.
(These are in regard to ALL my work,)

VISUAL REFFS
I work with visual references, please make sure you own the characters and clothing designs (unless its cosplays of course). I will work form description in the case of character creation, but it does come at a higher price.


REFUNDS
Money can be returned if I have not started working on the commission, though this may get you blacklisted from purchasing in the future.
Once a commission has begun there are no refunds, no exceptions.

WHAT I LOVE TO DRAW  
FULL SCENE and backgrounds are my jam and a half, cute things, ladies, girlies, galore. Fem boys, shiny stuff, glitter, lighting, moody/emotional stuff.

X WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW X 
underage sexual acts, underage nudity (just no), human x furry (they just don't mix for me sorry!), Water Sports, Scat/Farting/Gas, inflation, or any other extreme fetishes. Ask if you are unsure, I am friendly :)
Just ask me first if it’s a concern!

NSFW FEES
I love SFW art, but if you want something a little sexier than that there is an additional charge that is assessed based on what the request is (anything that is mature or explicit), please ask and I can give you a quote.

COMPLEXITY FEES 
Once you send me a reference or idea, I will assess whether there is an additional charge based on complexity. Things like wings, multiple limbs, complex patterns, armor, or mecha for examples.
I am ok with drawing all of these, they just may incur and additional charge.

EDITING
Editing can be done! But only when the picture is in sketch, after that point the commission changes will be an additional amount to be discussed on a per change basis. If the problem is my fault I will make a correction, but you are not entitled to ask for changes beyond my skill level or relating to style.

UPLOADING

You have every right to upload the piece of artwork I make for you AS LONG as you give credit to me in the description. Other than that, do not feel threatened to upload my artwork!

PRIVATE COMMISSIONS 
I will ALWAYS upload my work by default if you would like you commission to be kept offline please know that you will need to pay a $20 privacy fee. When I don’t get to post my art, I lose an opportunity for viewership which I would have otherwise had. Please be understanding of this.

TIME LIMIT
Completion time is usually within a month (I currently have a fulltime job as well) and this may vary if you are at the end of my list. It will never take more than two months, but I will set that as the max time to protect myself in the event that something does happen.


ADOPTABLES
If you buy a character(s) from me, you have every right to change or do with them as you please. The piece of artwork that I give you HAS to be credited. Getting artwork of said character does not concern me. Please do not sell adopts for more than the purchase price unless art of the additional value is included.

MY PERSONAL CHARACTERS  
My personal characters are G-rated(Charm in particular is G rated only, sexy cute is ok) BUT I do have XXX rated characters if you need an extra! Please ask which ones and or what I have available! I love it when people buy art with my characters, but also understand that they have personalities and interests and I can decline a request if it is incongruent with their personalities and tastes.
